About Our School

Welcome to the Fitzroy North Primary School Community.  Our school first opened in 1875; originally named the Alfred Crescent School. Fitzroy North Primary School  is located in inner city Melbourne opposite the Edinburgh Gardens with an enrolment of approximately 500 students.

Our school values of Kindness, Resilience and Respect underpin all that we say and do.

Student voice, leadership and agency are fostered and valued. Children have the opportunity to join JSC, act as principal liaisons and are encouraged to follow their passions.
